Joshua Tree, 1951: A Portrait of James Dean

Check out this new movie trailer. It paints a different picture of Hollywood icon and actor James Dean, played by James Preston. The movie captures the period of time when James Dean starred in two of his biggest movies, “Rebel Without a Cause” and “Giant.”

We’re not sure how much creative license Matthew Mishory, the producer, took with this movie, but it explores the legendary actor’s sexuality, which I’m sure will stir up a little controversy. Maybe that’s why the movie still doesn’t have a release date or distributor. 

Snow White & The Huntsman

Check out the new trailer for Snow White & The Huntsman, set to hit theaters in the the Summer 2012. I’m excited to see Chris Hemsworth (yummy goodness!) as The Huntsman and Charlize Theron as the evil Queen, but I still have a problem seeing Kirsten Stewart as Snow White.

I mean of all the actress who could have played the role of the “fairest one of them all,” Kristen isn’t the first person that comes to my mind. Why not Reese Witherspoon or Anne Hathaway? I guess I’ll wait in the wings to see her performance before I really judge her acting abilities as a popular fairy tale heroine.

The Avengers: New Movie Trailer

The hype for Marvel’s The Avengers movie has already kicked into high gear. OK, somewhat.  A brand-spankin’ new trailer was released today, and it’s deliciously poppin’. The short clip offers fans and fanatics a glimpse of the super team in action. It’s definitely at the top of my list for must-see movies next year. The Avengers hits movie theaters in May 2012.

Underworld: Awakening Movie Trailer

Check out this awesome new movie trailer for Underworld: Awakening! Kate Beckinsale returns to the vampire franchise on January 20, 2012, kicking ass and taking names. My only question is where the hell is her hunky “were-vamp” lover Micheal, played by Scott Speedman? That would make this trailer and the sequel hotter!

Battleship Movie Trailer
I’m was saddened when I heard Hollywood was making yet another movie based on a toy or game. You’ll be shocked to know that the cast will include Taylor Kitsch, Brooklyn Decker, Liam Neeson and yes, Rihanna. The only reason I’m slightly interested in seeing this movie is to see True Blood’s Alexander Skarsgard (Eric Northman), who apparently plays an integral role in the sci-fi flick.

Overall, it looks interesting, but when is old Tinseltown going to tap into original ideas, scripts and or screenplays?!

Ryan Gosling Bares All

Actor Ryan Gosling’s “somewhat” nude locker scene in the Crazy Stupid Love preview is enough to make anyone’s heart stop for a second or two. Delicious!

In this new movie, Gosling stars as a cocky playa who befriends Steve Carell’s character, a mopey divorcé who tries to win his ex-wife (Julianne Moore) back. And it looks like Emma Stone’s character will help start the transformation to help Gosling’s character change his playin’ ways.

Well, I’m already sold after repeatedly pausing the movie trailer on the quick nude shot of Gosling. I’m willing to learn as much as I can from Mr. Gosling. Where do I sign up for dating lessons? One-on-one training is definitely needed.

Crazy Stupid Love screams perfect date movie. The movie hits theaters on July 29, 2011. For now, take a look at the movie trailer and tell me what you think.
